Who is behind ENVEE?
ENVEE was founded by Kaoutar and Nao. Kaoutar, with her background in Interior Design, brings the aesthetic vision ensuring every piece fits seamlessly into modern life. Nao brings technical innovation and precision, ensuring our 'conscious design' is backed by high-quality craftsmanship.
What does 'conscious design' mean?
Conscious design means creating with intention. For us, it's about balancing beauty with responsibility choosing quality materials, ensuring fair production, and designing pieces that last. It's fashion that respects both people and the planet.
Where are ENVEE products made?
Our pieces are designed with care and produced in partnership with trusted manufacturers who share our ethical standards.

Is ENVEE a sustainable brand?
We're committed to reducing our environmental impact. While we're not perfect, we continuously work towards more sustainable practices from material selection to packaging. Transparency and progress matter to us.
How do I choose my size?

What materials do you use?
We carefully select high-performance materials that combine comfort, durability, and aesthetics. Our signature fabric is a technical blend of 76% nylon, 24% elastane and 100% cotton Triangle gusset, engineered for a true second-skin feel and total freedom of movement. Specific composition is listed on every product page.
How should I care for my ENVEE garments?
To keep your pieces looking and performing their best, follow the care label instructions. Wash at low temperatures, avoid excessive tumble drying, and air dry whenever possible.
Will my garment shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. However, following care instructions (especially temperature recommendations) will help maintain the original fit and feel.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and quantity, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been prepared for shipping, we may not be able to modify it.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! ENVEE gift cards are available. They make the perfect gift and can be used on our entire collection.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, ENVEE ships to Canada and the United States. We're in the process of expanding internationally and hope to serve our global community soon. Leave your email below to get notified when we launch in your region.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Visit our contact page to initiate a return.
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard and express shipping. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free standard delivery is available on all orders.
