Acceptable Use Policy (UGC)
1. Eligibility (Age Requirement)
Participation in ENVEE’s content ecosystem is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, typically 18 or 19 years old. By submitting any form of content, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, ENVEE enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding minors. Any submission of photos, videos, or content involving individuals below the legal age is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will be treated with the utmost seriousness and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
To maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant environment, you agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that violates our standards.
This includes, but is not limited to, content intended to redirect users to adult platforms or services, including promotional links to third-party subscription platforms. Content that promotes hate, discrimination, racism, or any form of harmful or abusive behavior is strictly forbidden.
Additionally, ENVEE does not permit the use of automated or bot-generated reviews or content, as authenticity is a core value of our brand. The submission of deepfake or AI-generated media that depicts individuals without their explicit consent is also prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that any music, audio, or other copyrighted materials included in your content are properly licensed for commercial use. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in removal of the content and further action.
3. User-Generated Content License
By tagging ENVEE, using our official handles (including @enveeofficial), or submitting content directly to us, you grant CLEAN Energy Solutions Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content across all media formats.
This includes the right to use your name, social media handle, image, likeness, and any associated identity elements for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, website banners, and social media advertisements, without additional compensation.
ENVEE also reserves the right to edit, crop, adjust, or otherwise modify submitted content to align with our brand identity and creative direction, while maintaining the integrity of the original material.
4. Unsolicited Ideas (Design Protection)
ENVEE maintains an internal design and product development process. Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, concepts, or product designs submitted to us—whether through direct messages, email, or any other channel—will be considered non-confidential and will become the sole property of ENVEE.
By submitting such ideas, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to compensation, credit, or any form of ownership. This provision is intended to protect the integrity and independence of our internal creative processes.
5. Review Guidelines
ENVEE values transparency and authentic feedback from its community. We encourage honest reviews and do not remove content solely on the basis of negative opinions.
However, reviews or content that violate this Policy—such as spam, fraudulent claims, hate speech, or misleading information—may be removed at our discretion.
In accordance with global advertising and consumer protection regulations, you are required to clearly disclose any material connection to ENVEE, including whether you received products for free, participated in a collaboration, or were compensated in any form.
6. Platform Immunity and Compliance
ENVEE operates in compliance with applicable laws governing user-generated content across multiple jurisdictions.
In the United States, we rely on the protections provided under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Within the European Union, we align with the Digital Services Act (DSA) regarding intermediary liability and content moderation responsibilities.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe that any content associated with ENVEE infringes upon your intellectual property rights, including copyright violations, you may submit a formal notice to our support team.
Your report should include a detailed description of the copyrighted work, along with the specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material. All such requests should be directed to: support@enveeofficial.com
8. Indemnification
By engaging with ENVEE and submitting content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEAN Energy Solutions Inc., its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of this Policy or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. General Legal Provisions
