1. Overview & Corporate Information
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. The business is operated by CLEAN Energy Solutions Inc., located at 266 Cornerstone Hts NE, Calgary, AB, T3N 1R8, Canada. This address is strictly for legal and corporate correspondence and must not be used for product returns. Any items sent to this address without authorization will be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense, with no refund or credit issued. 2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Trade Dress
All website content, branding, and product configurations are owned by ENVEE IP LLC, based in Delaware, USA, and are used under exclusive license. This includes trademarks such as the ENVEE name, logo, and associated branding elements. The company also claims proprietary rights over its packaging design and product presentation, including the distinctive “Lipstick Box” concept and related product configurations. Users agree not to copy, reproduce, imitate, or create derivative works based on these elements, as doing so would constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.
3. Pre-Orders & Payment Terms
For products offered as pre-orders, payment is charged immediately at the time of purchase. Customers may request cancellation within 7 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. After this period, or once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund and may instead be issued as store credit.
4. Bundle & Set Pricing (The "Clawback" Rule)
Discounted bundle or set pricing is conditional and subject to recalculation in the event of a partial return or refund. If a customer retains part of a bundle while requesting a refund for other items, the discount applied to the bundle will be voided. The retained items will then be recalculated at their full individual retail prices, and any refund or credit will reflect the adjusted difference.
5. Hygiene, Digital Inspection & Resolutions
To initiate a claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must submit clear photographic evidence, including images of the product and its original packaging. ENVEE reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. For hygiene reasons, customers may be instructed to dispose of or donate items rather than return them. Intimate products are protected by a Hygiene Safety Seal, and any tampering with this seal voids eligibility for returns or claims. Physical returns are not accepted without prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
6. Shipping, Taxes & Risk of Loss (DDP Model)
Orders are fulfilled through international logistics networks, including CJ Dropshipping, which manages storage and shipping through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and China Post. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer. For most destinations, taxes and duties are collected at checkout under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, although exceptions may apply depending on the region.
7. Mobile Terms of Service (SMS Marketing)
By opting into SMS communications, customers agree to receive recurring text messages related to their orders, promotions, or updates. These messages are sent through the customer’s mobile carrier. Customers can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the mobile provider.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of our website and services is also subject to our Global Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with international privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA/CPRA. By using our services, customers acknowledge that their data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, the United States, and China.

Depending on applicable laws, customers may have rights related to their personal data. These rights may include accessing their data, correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion (subject to legal obligations), and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
