PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. OVERVIEW: THE SUSTAINABILITY MODEL
ENVEE operates on an intentional production model. Every piece is crafted to order, eliminating waste and honoring the artistry of slow fashion. By pre-ordering, you become part of a conscious movement that values quality over speed.
2. INVENTORY ALLOCATION
Important: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is allocated only upon successful payment completion. During high-demand periods, items may sell out before checkout is finalized.
3. PAYMENT CAPTURE
Full payment is required at the time of order. Your card will be charged immediately to secure your place in the production queue. This allows us to source premium materials and begin the meticulous crafting process.
4. FTC COMPLIANCE
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission regulations, all pre-orders will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. Should any delay occur, you will be notified promptly and offered the option to cancel for a full refund.
5. CANCELLATION LOCK PROTOCOL
Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated. The lock-in timeline varies by product:
- Ready-to-ship items: 7 days after order placement
- Made-to-order pieces: 48 hours after order placement
- Bespoke commissions: 72 hours after design approval
- Seasonal collections: As specified on product page
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY REQUIREMENT
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ENVEE is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. Address changes after the cancellation window may incur additional fees.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ENVEE is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
