SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Definitions & Operational Hours
Our operations run on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in our fulfillment regions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Order processing refers to the time required to verify payment, allocate inventory, and prepare items for shipment. Transit time begins once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier for delivery.
2. Order Processing & Security (No-Edit Rule)
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days under normal conditions. During peak periods such as product launches, promotions, or high-demand sales events, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days. Once payment is confirmed, orders are considered final and cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders.
3. Shipping Estimates & Carriers
We ship globally through our international fulfillment centers. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped to the United States generally arrive within 6 to 11 business days, while deliveries to Canada typically take between 4 and 9 business days. Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes or military addresses, and standard shipping to these locations may take longer, potentially exceeding 15 to 20 days.
4. Duties, Taxes & DDP Policy
For most destinations, including the United States and Canada, we operate under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure a smooth customs process and delivery without additional charges upon arrival. Canadian customers are charged the appropriate GST, HST, or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. For customers in the United States, we do not collect state sales taxes due to our store registration in Canada; however, any import-related fees are prepaid by us, ensuring no extra costs at delivery.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, it may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. In such cases, any refund issued may be reduced by shipping costs, return handling fees, or destruction charges. If free shipping was applied to the order, its value may also be deducted from the refund.
6. Split & Consolidated Shipments
To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are stored in different locations. This is known as split shipping and does not result in additional charges. In some cases, multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into a single shipment for logistical efficiency.
7. Damages, Loss & Liability
Our responsibility for an order ends once the carrier marks it as delivered. If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but reported as stolen. If a third-party freight forwarder is used, liability transfers once the package is delivered to the forwarder's facility.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, extreme weather conditions, public health emergencies, or geopolitical events. Such factors may affect delivery times without prior notice.
9. Fulfillment Partner Disclosure
We work with CJ Dropshipping, a fulfillment provider based in China, for product storage and order processing. This partner collaborates with various logistics carriers such as DHL, FedEx, China Post, and regional delivery providers. While we select this partner, we do not control the specific carrier used for each shipment. Customer information is shared only as necessary to process and deliver orders.
10. Data Collection (Shopify & Klaviyo)
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which collects technical and transactional data such as IP addresses, device information, browsing behavior, and order details. We also use Klaviyo to manage communications, including email and SMS marketing, which involves processing customer contact details, purchase history, and engagement data. These services may store or process data in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States.
11. International Data Transfers
We comply with applicable data protection regulations when transferring data internationally. For Canadian users, transfers to countries such as the United States or China are safeguarded under PIPEDA standards. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For U.S. customers, data may be transferred internationally as necessary for fulfillment and advertising purposes.
12. Customer Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data. These may include the right to access your data, request corrections, request deletion (subject to legal obligations), or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 13. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, tracking pixels, and server-side APIs from platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, and TikTok. These technologies help improve website functionality, personalize user experiences, and deliver targeted advertisements. In regions where required, such as under GDPR, non-essential cookies are only activated with user consent. Users may opt out of targeted advertising through device settings or industry tools.
14. US Entities
ENVEE IP LLC, based in Delaware, owns trademarks and intellectual property that are licensed to CLEAN Energy Solutions Inc. ENVEE Holdings Inc. is used for advertising verification with platforms such as Meta and TikTok and does not directly handle customer orders or transactions.
